Tell us about yourself. Complete a brief online form to share your health history, current medications, and goals. It only takes a few minutes, and you can choose between an asynchronous review or a live video visit. Both options are secure, HIPAA‑compliant, and designed to fit your schedule.
After you complete your intake form, a licensed provider reviews all the details to create a safe and effective plan that fits your goals.
We offer two types of consultations to meet your needs:
Live (synchronous): Real-time video or phone visit with your provider.
Message-based (asynchronous): Secure online visit, where your provider reviews your information and follows up with your care plan.
Your provider will choose the format that’s best for your situation, and may reach out with questions or schedule a quick live visit before prescribing.
After your plan is approved, your prescription is compounded by our in‑house, licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to your door. We include all necessary supplies, and packaging is discreet to protect your privacy. We send tracking information, so you always know when to expect your package.
Our relationship doesn’t end when your package arrives. We check in regularly to see how you’re doing, adjust dosing if needed, and answer questions so you always feel supported.
