We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage provider schedules effectively and open the time slot for other patients.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for a refund.
Once a prescription has been approved and your medication has shipped, we cannot issue refunds. This policy is in place to maintain safety standards and comply with pharmacy regulations. If you believe there was an error in your order, please contact us immediately for review.
If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us, the consultation fee is non-refundable. You may book another appointment, but a new fee will apply.
